Transitions Counseling and Mentoring Services is a CARF International accredited Behavioral Health provider specializing in Mobile Treatment Services, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, and Outpatient Services. We are an evidence-based community organization established to provide services to families of Prince George’s county and surrounding areas. We have a special focus on helping children and teens who are at risk of failing to meet mental, educational and social milestones.
