OUR TEAM
Meet Your Therapists
Transitions Counseling and Mentoring Services, founded by E. Evette Lee, LCPC, LPC, NCC, opened its doors in 2012 with one clinical provider. Since that time we have seen tremendous growth. We are now a full service agency, serving several hundred children and adults in the surrounding areas of Prince George’s County.
Here at Transitions Counseling and Mentoring Services the focus is on comprehensive therapy services for all family members in the Prince George’s County. This includes diagnostic assessments, therapy, medication management, and mentoring.
Our continuous focus is on total family wellness. One of the ways we accomplish this goal is by assessing and identifying factors and patterns that can leave a family at risk of failing to thrive in their roles as caregiver or child, this includes assessing for trauma, depression, anger, and addictions. Transitions Counseling and Mentoring Services is committed to being a community partner within Prince George’s County and the surrounding areas to educate, advocate, and provide mental wellness services. Our dedicated and client-centered staff embraces this mission with each and every client that walks through our doors.
